SHIPPING

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours (except during Holidays). Delivery depends on your location and the postal service.

 

REFUND / RETURNS

Our return policy allows you to return merchandise up to 10 days after you’ve received it.

To be eligible for a return, all merchandise must be unworn/unused and in the same condition it was received. It must also be in the original package.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Once your return is processed and inspected, we will send you an email about your refund eligibility. If approved, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned.

Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement if you used a credit card (up to 30 days for internationally-issued cards).

NOTE: Only regular priced product may be refunded or returned. Clearance or sale items are non-refundable. Also, triplates that have been installed in bezels are not eligible for return due to inherent scratching risk.

 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you received your merchandise. If you would like to exchange an item, send us an email at 12n12store@gmail.com. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.

 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for any lost/stolen or damaged packages after they’ve been shipped.
